Vira & Friends, Inc. is formed for the educational and cultural purposes of presenting the performance of classical vocal music, in a comprehensible manner and at an affordable cost, to audiences who might not otherwise be able to access, be exposed to or be engaged with such music, and additionally to provide a platform for the programming of works by composers traditionally neglected by the Western canon such as female composers and composers of Ukrainian descent. Activities to achieve its mission are not limited to performances or programs solely involving Vira Slywotzky.

-
Vira & Friends, Inc. will employ funds raised to their best use for musical and musical educational programming, concert(s), and/or to produce and/or distribute such associated materials, within the parameters of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
